Branding Venko, the Design Partner of Choice

Venko creates interior design solutions for commercial environments. Lead by owner and founder Tina Berardi, Venko partners with its clients to create innovative, elegant and desirable spaces that support their aspirations and functional needs.

Tina understands the importance of client relationships and being directly responsible and accessible to clients. And so with the recent formation of Venko, Tina approached Blink to devise branding to communicate visually the company’s ethos of design as a collaborative process between colleagues as well as clients. A professional yet personal process.

The ‘Ven” in the name Venko comes from Venn diagrams – the interaction of skills, experiences, people as well as the Danish word ‘venner’ – meaning friends. While the ‘ko’ comes from ‘Kollega” the Danish word for colleagues. Therefore – friends and colleagues.

With this fresh perspective as inspiration, Blink went about creating a wordmark and device that encapsulated the idea of a modern, personal and collaborative interior design firm, with a focus on commercial/corporate environments.

With this fresh perspective as inspiration, Blink went about creating a wordmark and device that encapsulated the idea of a modern, personal and collaborative interior design firm, with a focus on commercial/corporate environments.

The result is a clean and architectural stylised font, with a blue circle brand device to communicate the professional, collaborative end to end process of Venko’s services, while the grey and blue colour palette and adds an approachable, energetic quality.
