With a combined 30 years’ experience in the property development and construction industry, Robert Portaro and Sam Di Giacomo founded Luxton Homes to offer owner occupiers and astute investors alike unique and architecturally designed turn key homes of exceptional quality – a rare and appealing proposition in the house and land package buying environment. With a clear vision and plans in the making, Robert and Sam contacted Blink for a full corporate identity to help gain trust in and differentiate their quality offering.
As a new brand in the competitive house and land market, and with many established competitors, the Luxton brand needed to communicate a strong sense of trust and experience and its unique difference. Its name needed to not only inspire confidence in the company but also convey the sophisticated, luxury and contemporary quality of the homes on offer, hence the name Luxton Homes.
