Seed Preston is an innovative residential lifestyle project by DeLuca Property Group, a development company committed to developing high quality spaces where people simply love to live. DPG engaged Blink to develop a name, brand identity, display suite and full range of marketing materials for the project that captured the essence of modern designer living in Melbourne’s coveted, cool and eclectic inner north.

With the inner north’s appeal to young creatives, entrepreneurs and those committed to sustainable living; and particularly as each apartment is allocated its own herb garden on the peaceful rooftop, the name Seed was a particularly fitting choice for DPGs development.
