Bespoke Fitzroy is an innovative inner urban lifestyle project by DeLuca Property Group, an acclaimed development company committed to developing high quality spaces where people simply love to live. DPG engaged Blink to develop a name, brand identity, display suite, and full range of marketing materials for this unique project in the eclectic, cool and coveted inner northern suburb of Fitzroy.
With a one of a kind design, its own ground floor bicycle workshop and only 31 customisable apartments – each with a complimentary Tokyobike, Bespoke was the ideal name for DPG’s unique Fitzroy development. Bespoke’s stunning architecture heavily influenced the design of its word mark and colour palette.

The angular, architectural font is inspired by the building’s linear facade and its 3D window box frames, while the black and yellow colour scheme was not only chosen for Fitzroy’s edgy, urban culture but also for the striking intermittent yellow lines on the buildings façade.
With arresting full colour location shots and stunning architectural renders, all marketing collateral conveys the essence of a progressive, inspired, exciting and connected life within Bespoke and its Fitzroy surrounds. A lifestyle that is at once urban, cool and contemporary.
